| One of the more prettier aires we have stayed on. Follow the D84 out of Auxerre and turn left onto D348 signed Gurgy. On entering village instead of following main road round to the right go straight on to river edge. Turn left and the aire is 100 mtrs. Alongside the river Yonne Jetons needed for services sign says jetons obtained from cafe – not true jetons at restaurant only. Toilet block and showers need jetons but continental toilets – showers not inspected. Sadly on the last two trips the service point has been out of order with the result that our fellow campers have emptied their WC cassettes all over the immediate area making it very smelly.
