It is about a kilometre from the car park to the cheese &#8220;caves&#8221;, with an overflow area at the other end of the village. There are several big Co-operatives including &#8220;Soci\u00e9t\u00e9&#8221;, that offer guided tours around the caves with talks about how the cheese is made.
