If you take the next exit off the roundabout that leads to the municipal site and travel a further 150mtrs the Aire is on the right before the main car park. It has a barrier entry that makes it very secure at night. It has a couple of other features that make it worth while. 1st it includes unlimited 10amp EHU and secondly it is slightly cheaper than the municipal site &#8211; and you get the EHU and service point. It is lit up at night and open all year even though the campsite closes in November. One down side though is that it is grass and gets very muddy after even a small amount of rain so would be soft and rutty in bad weather. When the adjacent site is open there is a shop\/restaurant and bread shop within 100mtrs &#8211; all part of the site next door.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.vennwood.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Amboise-Aire.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-2592\" title=\"Amboise Aire\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vennwood.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Amboise-Aire-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vennwood.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Amboise-Aire-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.vennwood.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/Amboise-Aire.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td align=\"left\" valign=\"top\" width=\"20%\"><span>Attractions Nearby:<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cost per 24 hrs:<\/td>\n<td colspan=\"2\">Amboise is a few hundred meters over the bridge with all it has to offer.
